Spotlighting a Few of My Gather Connections

   It's easy to get caught up in negativity and controversy.  I can focus on things beyond my control and get depressed by negativity. I can also dwell on hurt feelings.  So, I decided to try and refocus on something positive.  I am not listing these women in any particular order! I appreciate each one of them.

 Janet "Jax" B.  takes wonderful photos and is a dedicated mother. She always leaves kind comments on my posts as well as many other people's posts. We have daughter's the same age and only live a few hours apart.  Maybe one day it will work out to get together in person.

 Amanda "middle of nowhere" C.  is dedicated to her family and a loving Aunt. She lives just a few hours away in a different direction. Hopefully, we will get together in person one day too.

 Audrey F.  has become one of my closet friends and we talk on the phone when we can or keep in touch by email on a regular basis. One day I want to see the Pacific Ocean and meet Audrey in person or she will have to come to Tennessee!

 j - Frugal Mom - r. is such a nice lady and you can tell how much she loves her children in her articles. She also takes some wonderful photos! I admire her frugalness, if that's a word? !

 Sue * is a loving new grandmother, mother, and wife. She takes great photos too. From reading her posts, I have come to the conclussion that she is a wondeful hostess to her guests and I bet the food she serves is fabulous! 

I am only going to spotlight 5 for now. I have a lot more that I want to spotlight. I am going to try to do something like this again.   Hopefully, at least once a week.

J Frugal Mom is one of my connections and is a sweet person. I admire her frugalness too. She is very good at managing her families budget. I am a spend thrift lol and every nickel that comes my seems to burn a hole in my pocket, purse whatever.

What a lovely way to start my day! Thank you, Anne Marie. I, too, consider you one of my best friends and I can't wait for the day when you can come see the Pacific Ocean and stay with me and I can go to Tennessee and stay with you, go out and play a lot in and around Chattanooga and just have an all around ball. I know we will spend the whole time laughing! :-)

I like how you wrote up different things for each woman you have spotlighted here. I am connected to some but not others and will have to rectify that situation. All sound like very special women. To be friends with someone as special as you, they would have to be.

After one year away from Gather I had anticipated some change. How refreshing that some things never change, like so many of your posts you are still writing kind words for other people. I don't think I know any of the ladies you have mentioned, but I will look them up. I'm sure as I do each of them would value your friendship. Take care.
