There is a lot of fear about America’s economy in the future, and rightly so. The markets continue to slide and unemployment rates keep growing. A lot of hope is being placed on President Elect Obama, but he is not God, he is a man. He may bring change, yes, but men fail. And in 4 years, if we are not tired of his failures, America will clamor for another man to lead them and bring hope. What a tired story. Haven’t we learned anything from Israel’s history? Read your Bibles people. There is one King and one Kingdom. Nothing will be right on this earth until we are under a divine dictatorship.
Will our economy rise again? It may, but their are a lot of signs that are pointing downward. The Dow keeps going down, and people are losing their retirements. The only bright spot in the economy appears to be eCommerce. People who are selling online are opening their store’s doors to a global marketplace. It’s one of the only ways to survive in retail right now. When you find a good niche like NFL neon signs, Happy Bunny, or this, you have a chance to stay afloat. But other companies are recording record losses.
Our economy will probably fail, if not in the near future, then at some point. Every great kingdom on this Earth has eventually fallen, and usually from within. In our country, greed and selfishness reign supreme. Eventually, it will do us in.
