When are you too old for hip huggers?

Ok, I love my hip hugger jeans, I keep my shirt tucked in and wear a belt with them. They are super comfortable but I wonder how much longer I can pull them of, wait that came out wrong Ummm....... I wonder when I should give up on the style :-) I'm a late 20's early 30's (i'll never tell) lady and I wonder if this is too old to be wearing hip huggers out in public? Any opinions? Come on, you can be honest I don't mind!

For me, when the belly or hips hang over the top, you're too old. ;)

You are one of the few women I know of that looks good in a Hip Hugger skirt, you must look good in the jeans, too.

Advice to other women: Don't ever ask me if a hip hugger skirt or a blue jean skirt makes your bottom look fat, 95% of you won't like the answer.

I don't think I"ve had "hip huggers" but do you mean "low rise". I just recently started wearing them at age 39 and I them. They actually look good on me even though I've gained a little weight in the last few months. I think I"ll stop wearing them when they go out of style or I start to look bad in them.

I'm in the same age range, and I still sometimes wear low rise jeans. I'm not much of a fan of jeans, though; I'd rather wear skirts or dresses.

my neighbor is 45 and she still wears those, but for her i do think she is to old. she wears little miniskirts in the summer.... awful
