I'm so excited!

I have great news tonight.  My electric piano stopped working about 3-4 months ago.  Well 3 of the keys stopped working.  I was devestated about it because my family is young and can not afford another.  I saved forever to buy this one for $2000.00 when I was 18.  Anyway, I took lessons for 13 years and was about to start teaching my son and was brushing up on music and discovered that they didn't work.  When I looked online for a repair man, there wasn't one.  Just to get the repair manual it was going to cost me $60.00.  And they don't make the same electric piano anymore.  I thought for sure I was out of an instrument.

I was wrong....Yipee!!!!!

My husband and my dad took it apart and cleaned/vacuumed it out.  They got all the keys to work except for one and that one works with a little scotch tape rigged in it!  I am so excited that I can start enjoying some Christmas music and Sonata's!  I guess men are good for something!!!!  I will keep mine around!  Anyway's thought I would share my good news!
