I had a question about Kosovo and EULEX and I figure someone might be able to help me out here. I cannot find a succinct explanation of the UN's six point plan for Kosovo anywhere. Since the US recently rejected it allied itself more firmly with Kosovo, I thought this might be a little easier to find. I have failed though and if anyone could direct me to it, that would be much appreciated.
