How to Cook Salvadoran Quesadillas (Dessert)
This a sweet and simple recipe that will place a smile on anyone's face. However, the name is a little tricky. This recipe is not really the standard Mexican quesadillas. It is actually a very tasty sweet bread. So, surprise your family one night and serve this up!

Things You'll Need:
- 1/2 cup of rice flour
1/2 cup of wheat flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
4 ounces of melted butter
1/3 cup of lukewarm milk
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Sesame seeds
Vanilla ice cream
Large mixing bowl
Baking dish or muffin pan
Step 1: Mix dry ingredients. (rice flour, wheat flour, sugar, grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder) in a large mixing bowl. Add the melted butter gradually. Then one at a time, add the eggs. Alter with a portion of the milk, between each egg, until you form a soft paste.
Step 2: Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Or if you prefer, use a greased muffin pan. Preferably a pan that will hold 12 or more muffins.
Step 3: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the mixture.
Step 4: Bake the mixture at 350 degrees, for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 5: Serve the bread warm. Or place in refrigerator and serve cold at a later date. Add your favorite ice cream on top, if desired.
