My disappointment with Famous Footwear!

So, last Tuesday (11/04), I rewarded myself for voting by ordering a pair of shoes for me and a pair of shoes for the baby for Christmas online at famousfootwear.com. I had a coupon code, and they had a BOGO 1/2 off promotion, so I got both pairs of shoes for $23 including shipping. Great, right?

Here it is, one week later, and I haven't gotten my order yet. I hopped on the website only to discover it's still in Missouri. I emailed them through the website expressing my disappointment. Seriously, it's going to take 10 days for my order to come? This is the first and last time I'm ordering through Famous Footwear. Too many places offer free overnight shipping for me to wait this long.

I never order shoes online...but I'm always afraid they won't fot properly when they do come....hope you get them soon. I'm waiting for a Borders order to come in...hopefully before Christmas. After I finalized my order, they told me the book I ordered was on backorder... nice huh? SO far it's been half a month, and I don't think Christmas will happen the way it should.

I ordered shoes from Zappos Saturday night and received them Monday afternoon. Incredible service and shipping was free. Hopefully your order from Famous Footwear will arrive soon.

I hope you get them soon. I've never ordered from them but I do get plenty of email offers from them. I've discovered that some online shopping sites are just slower at processing the orders than others and if it's a big name like Famous Footwear is, they aren't in a hurry because they know they'll continue to get business. I hope you don't just get them soon but that you also like the shoes!!
