Yemen Cuts Sentence of Suspected Cole Bomber

A Yemeni court has cut in half the jail term of a suspected al Qaeda operative that the United States believes was a "major figure" in the bombing of the USS Cole in 2000.

Jaber Elbaneh's sentence was cut from 10 years to 5 years. Elbaneh is on the United States' most wanted terrorists list.

Great, another terrorist is going to be free because of what he believes. I'm sick of people committing crimes and getting away with it, and the sorrier thing is that I BELIEVE under Obama its going to be far worse than its been in the past.

I find it funny that this happened after our election. I have to wonder if it was because Obama wants to "sit down and talk" to these morons. Talk does not work with people that only live to kill, both themselves and others.

Please do not EVER believe this for ALLAH! This men need to handled with the same amount of terror that they have caused. Do not kill them they must SUFFER! Long and slow!

Yemen has a bad record of "holding" terrorists. I doubt he'll serve even five years. It's also unlikely that Pres. Obama will order any "snatch or kill" operations against a target that acted against us two administrations ago.
