1 Pkg stuffing mix
1 1/2 cups hot water
40 fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp butter
2 colves of garlic minced
1 Pkg frozen chopped spinach,thawed and well drained
1 Cup mozzarella cheese
1 Cup parmasean cheese
heat oven to 400 degrees mix stuffing mix and water remove mushrooms stems chop stems melt butter in a skillet add stems and garlic cook and stir until tender add to stuffing with spinach and cheese mix well
spoon into mushroom caps place in a shallow baking pan bake 20 min until tender
