Late Pumpkin Carving (photos)

my daughter didn't end up buying pumpkins until late on Halloween....4 of them to be exact.  They only ended up carving 2 of them, the other 2 are sitting in the kitchen.  These took a long time, and I like the shots she got with the cats in between them.

Who knows, she may carve the others yet  LOL  She bought the carving kit with patterns.  Ariel still wants the one done of the witch.  However, the weather has turned for cold so I doubt they want to sit outside to carve.  Now, if we only really knew how to make pumpkin pies with fresh pumpkins, we would have it made.
