Calling All ChaCha Guides!

Attention all ChaCha Guides.....
Something seems to be terribly wrong to me.  I used to be able to sit down and get search after search after search.  I had come to rely on being able to generate substantial extra income with ChaCha.
Well, with the new "monthly usage" guidelines, it seems that there is a drastic drop in usage by infoseekers.  I for one am very disappointed that it has come to this.  I have been telling everyone I work with what a great thing ChaCha is.  I've had a few that signed up to be guides and expeditors.  I know a lot of my co-workers were texting ChaCha all their questions too. 
Now I kind of feel like the butt for setting them up for what is happening.  Now they are all coming to me why they can only use 20 questions per month, when a few days ago it was unlimited. 

I was just wondering what everyone else's experience has been lately since the new usage changes.  Are we witnessing the collapse of ChaCha?  I sure hope not.

I am a Cha Cha guide too, but truthfully I have not logged on yet in November. So they made big changes this month? Not sounding good...

I am not getting questions either. I was and then it just DROPPED OFF. I had 11 in about 3 hours of time yesterday! I used to get about 30-40 an hour!

I am super pissed. It is the ONLY money I have!

I was on for three hours this morning without a single question.

I am upset with the new 20 question limit too, I kept track of the last twenty questions I myself asked in the last week and twelve of the twenty came back wrong or were the same question repeated in the hope that another guide would provide the correct answer.

I also use to be a cha cha guide and your right,its getting worse..I have stopped going there

Yes, changes certainly are happening:( I have been on for about two hours this morning and only received 15 questions, last night I received two, one of them were dropped:( It will definitely be harder to make the 200 questions per week.

I was approved as a guide way back when they first started, but I never did anything with it. Now, I guess I'm glad.

I get questions back to back every time I log in and have not had a drop at all. Many are suggesting that it is a problem with keywords. Have you tried playing with yours?

I keep them simple like time, weather, phone number, etc. I don't know if that is the secret or if I am just lucky.

I hadn't heard of this, but I'm sorry to hear it's happening. I'd heard good things about Cha-cha but never took the expeditor position since I felt that I'd only do it for the money and be miserable doing it.

I hope it's in the interest of keeping the program alive rather than a sign of the collapse of it.

I don't use ChaCha, but I can't understand why they would limit the amount of questions that a person can ask when they are paying for that service.

I haven't really noticed a drop, but I've been so busy I haven't been on much lately anyway. I'm an expeditor.

A little bit of an update. I have tinkered with my keywords as some of you had suggested. That seems to have worked a little bit anyhow. We'll continue to see what happens.

Yes, ChaCha has been super slow ever since the 20 question limit started. I used to make $20-$30 a day easily there. But, lately, I'm lucky to get 10 questions a day. I have updated my keywords and categories with no change. Tonight I've only gotten 2 questions in the last hour, when I used to get them back to back. I hope they fix this soon. ChaCha is a good chunk of our income!
I signed up to be a ChaCha guide, then never got anything to notify me that I passed the test, so I figured I must have managed to flunk it. But I get emails from them asking me to jump on to handle high volume, so I dunno...
