We have "in the bird" stuffing, and pan-baked stuffing, cooked red cabbage, real potatoes-creamed (or mashed, here in Missouri) Cranberry sauce--jellied and regular, Creamed corn, green bean cassarole, hot rolls.
We have each of the sibs bring a dish or a set of pies, or an appetizer dish.
Then, and this is tradition...we all wash the dishes. All of us. And we sing the old songs from the growing up years while we wash them.
Then we get out games like trivial pursuit, etc... we have Candyland and other board games for the babes.
Always a wonderful day. The most important part is family, coming together from all over the country.
Hope your day is blessed.

If you don't want to wash pots and a roaster, make it really easy and check prices for a catered dinner. You can pick up a complete Thanksgiving dinner, heat and eat and throw out the pans. Caterers can advise you on quantity for the number of people.
I am making Thanksgiving dinner this year. I will have a house full. Already have the turkey and the ham.
