Two blindsides in a row? Survivor Gabon just might be shaping up to continue the crazy status that Micronesia left it with. After the last episode where both tribes went to Tribal Council everyone was expecting the merge. Kota, after finally going to Tribal Council, was still somewhat considering who to vote out. Randy mentioned how it was hard that Dan went which made Susie laugh a bit. He was agitated that she would laugh and almost hoped she would have went. Believing they would merge the next round Marcus told Susie that she couldn't swap on them. Corinne then had to speak up about Susie wanting to vote for her. At the last tribal Susie told Jeff that Corinne was the weakest. Corinne then went into crazy mode and claimed there was no way Susie was better then her in any way. Susie didn't care though, she thinks she has power apparently. She can't be anywhere closer to the truth that's for sure.
Over at Fang things were normal as if they've gone to Tribal Council before! Matty was shocked that Ace was sent home and told them all they are officially Survivors. He also brought up the idea that he would probably go next since they all voted together but they ensured him he wouldn't. Sugar then mentioned, in confessional, that she trusts Kenny more then she trusted Ace. Little does she know Kenny was the one lieing and as the night ended they all hoped for their merge and their feast the next day. Back over on Kota Corinne continued her Susie bashing as they went to find their "merge" tree mail. Before they read it Corinne continued her crazy as she wanted to bury Susie alive....... seriouslly does anyone else she needs to be taken out for psycho reasons? They then learned it was time to go to the beach with their personal items. Merge? So they thought but we would soon find out that wasn't the case.
On the equator the two teams met to feast and frolic on the beach. They all indulged on some food and also on some mutual bonding. They found box saying open after the feast and decided to wait for a bit. While eating Kenny realized there was a slip of paper under the box. Before he could pull it out Charlie spotted it but Kenny was able to grab it first. After reading it he realized it said that there was a hidden immunity on the beach. He wanted to keep it for himself but since everyone else saw it he had to share. Charlie grabbed it and threw it around and everyone then knew about the idol. Marcus realized nobody would really want to take it in the open so he suggested they find it and throw it in the sea. Guess that didn't work out well for production! Randy found the idol, under two inches of sand, and they attached it to a wine bottle and drifted it away. Everyone wanted the idol but not one that really wasn't hidden, it was pointless and didn't make any sense.
With the idol now drifting away it was time to open the box. Randy read the notes with the first telling everyone to take a number. After doing so they were told they were now in two new tribes based on their number. Nobody saw it coming and everyone was shocked. The new Fang consisted of Randy, Corinne, Charlie, Randy and Sugar with the new Kota being Crystal, Kenny, Marcus, Bob and Susie. Old Kota had three on each tribe with old Fang with two on each. It seemed as if they would be easy picking but after last rounds vote anything was bound to happen.
Now that the tribes were new it was time to see how things panned out. At the new Kota tribe Kenny realized that he and Crystal had some issues. They were the only two from Fang and had to sway Susie to stay. While talking Marcus realized that his best friend just so happens to be Crystal's cousin. Because of that he didn't feel confident in voting Crystal out because he trusted her, based off of her cousin. It was a stupid thing to think but Marcus trusted Crystal enough to put her in the "Kota 6″ and trusting Crystal enough to tell her that she wouldn't be voted out. Over at the new Fang things were somewhat crazy like before. Corinne and Charlie kept to themselves, leaving Randy with Matty. They wanted Matty gone but also believed that Sugar had the idol. While talking Matty revealed to Sugar that Ace wasn't after her but rather it was Kenny who lied. Sugar immediately began to cry, knowing she had been duped. It should make things interesting come merge as now Matty and Sugar are rather tight while Kenny still thinks he has Sugar in his back pocket.
The two new tribes then entered their first immunity challenge as new tribes and everyone was expecting Fang to lose, again. But thanks to Corinne's new way of saying "Fang" apparently it helped. The challenge seemed like it was meant to be individual. Each member of the tribe would hold their own poles up against a horizontal beam. The last person to drop one of their poles would win immunity for their tribe. Crystal was out first followed quickily by Sugar. That left both tribes even but after Susie dropped out it seemed Kota wasn't doing well but both Corinne and Randy dropped at the same time. With Kenny, Marcus and then Charlie dropping that left both Matty and Bob left for their respective tribes. Matty basically had to win it for his tribe to stay and started taunting Bob. In the end Bob dropped his pole's sending his new Kota tribe to council and giving Fang their third win! Too bad it wasn't the Fang.

With Kota losing that send the new five to tribal council. Marcus and Crystal talked when they first returned and Marcus wanted to vote out Ken. Crystal went along with it but knew that she couldn't let Kenny going. She then went to Kenny and told him what was going on. He couldn't really do much so Crystal did the dirty work for once. Before Crystal could get to Susie, Marcus sat down to talk with her. She told him that if he took her to the final three then she would vote with him. He told her anything she wanted to hear but knew there was no way he'd take her there. In their hut Crystal talked Susie out of the vote. She told Susie that there would be no way Marcus would take her to the final three. Corinne and Randy both hate Susie, ensuring she goes first chance. At Tribal Council Kenny opened up and called Marcus out. He told Marcus that he is the "Kota God" and had to go because of it. Marcus denied it but Susie bought it, sending Marcus out with her single vote. Marcus didn't have a clue it was happening but since he's joining the jury he'll have time to respond in a few weeks.
