Amber Alert Cancelled For 4-Year Old Texas Girl

Reports indicate the 4-year-old girl kidnapped in Dallas has been found, and police have arrested the suspect.

Dallas police detectives say 26-year-old Tinoco Cipriano took off in his ex-girlfriend's car with the 4-year-old girl inside earlier this afternoon.

After spotting his car, police were able to arrest him a few blocks away from the incident at the Richmond Village Apartment Complex on Walnut Street.
