Wow, that is a big question Fred. I'd say healthcare first, but I also want our troops home so badly.

Ok let me say it this way, the first thing Obama should do is find and kill Bin Laden (sorry but I still want him dead... I wish I didn't feel that much hate but I do for that man) and then get our troops home. THEN healthcare.

He needs to surround himself with the right people. They need to be above board. The one thing we don't need is a bunch of yes boys/girls. We need people that are willing to stand up and say NO, that's a bad idea. Misty's idea is right up there too.

Surround himself with GOOD people, not yes men/women. Then find and kill Bin Laden and get our troops home. Healthcare would be next, then recending the bailout and freezing un-needed spending.

Obama didn't get us into this mess, so there's no need to shout at him, Misty. It will take him a while to undo the quagmire Bush has gotten us into. The first thing he will have to do, and he is already doing in fact, is meeting with the current administartion for a transition plan. They are briefing him as we speak on what he has to look forward to. That said, the main agenda will be the economy first.

apparently he beat you all to it second guessing him. Within 15 minutes he had his security (national security) people working on the Bin Laden bit and other things to get a handle on first. I think he has a plan outlined and will have a lot of the things you mentioned here in the works immediately.

The first thing he should do is negotiate a way to get the troops out of Iraq, as smoothly and painlessly as possible.
Then, he should work on the overspending, and try to implement the tax cuts.

I think he needs to take care of his family first.....Get the children there pet......Then he needs to help the people of the USA and bring our troops home......For get about every one else it is time the people of the USA come first.......We have to many people here that need help for there children and the elderly.
