What's for lunch today?

     Today my husband went and got us some chicken fingers for lunch. He got the 4 piece meal from Dairy Queen with the delicious white gravy. They were pretty good, but a lot smaller than the last time I had them which was probably 3 or 4 years ago. The fries were cold and under cooked. Overall it was not a great lunch but it is the thought that counts.

     Today is a nice fall day not too cold, and also not too hot. I like mellow fall days. The leaves are almost all of the trees here in Connecticut then winter will be settling in way too soon! What will you be having for lunch today?

I haven't decided yet, but since i'm going out to dinner with a friend it'll be something light. I'll probably have a bowl of cereal or oatmeal.

Katie got her phase one braces today so i let her play hookey from school she and i went to KFC for lunch had 2 little snacker sandwiches and some lemonade. YAY
