The early voting here in my part of Georgia had waits of 1 to 1.5 hours. So I waited until today to cast my ballot.

My polling place is under 3 miles from my home and is in the basement of a large church. Surprisingly, there was no wait for me at all today when I arrived at 1:40 p.m.

The whole process took under 10 minutes on the touch screens. How was your voting experience?

Maybe 30 minutes all told.
Voting in a church, that would really bother me. Something wrong about that.
I too have thought for a long time that voting in a church seemed wrong. Oklahoma is the first state I've lived in where I voted in a church annex. Usually it's schools or public locals.
