There were new updated machines this time. We had touch screen computers that were clear and easy to read. There were two people helping out on how to use them and responded very quickly to questions.
It was an easy and pleasant experience. There were about 5 people ahead of me and about 5 people behind me waiting to vote. There were only two folks outside soliciting votes for the Congress people running for our local representation in Congress. No one else was soliciting votes. It was a very pleasant experience.
A new Pennsylvania law stated that we were not allowed any recording devices or cameras in the voting area. There were no signs posted to that affect but I didn't take any chances.
GO VOTE!!!

We voted and had pretty much no lines at all, but then we're in the middle of nowhere out here in Connecticut - our voting machines changed too, but not like yours. Touch screens? We went from easy-machines, where you went into a booth, pulled the curtain shut and pulled whatever levers for whom you chose to vote for.
Those are gone. In it's place, they give us a piece of paper, with well.... the kind of thing you'd fill out for a test? Those little circles? Once you've filled out those, you then take them over to another person who inserts them in a different box-thing that's supposed to scan and do the votes. Wonder if it works? LOL
