BEWARE: Classic Closeouts / if you ever ordered online from them read this

Just wanted to warn everyone about Classic Closeouts I ordered from them once quite a while back Dec 2007. Today July 13 2008, my bank sent me an email stating my debit card has been used to charge $69.99 to my account. I had not been to their web site since I ordered the items in Dec. 2007 So watch out and watch your Bank account.I have called numerous times and emailed several times and you guessed it nothing no call backs and no customer service rep. emailed me back. Why can't something be done about this company, where is it located? Does anyone know the address or a phone number that is not toll free?

i found this one in an forum, i also ordered from them 1 time, and after i found this, i have tried calling too, but never got to talk to anyone.
so i logged on there and closed out my info.
but i am still worried they will do the same to me. so if you ever ordered from them, keep an eye on your bank account

I've heard lots of people having issues with this site. Get in touch with your credit card company right away and dispute the charges and they'll credit you back. Ask though - you may have to pay it up front to avoid interest. I know some people went to the extent of cancelling that credit card and getting a new number to prevent it from happening again. I'd probably do that if I were you.

you should report them to the Better Business Bureau,I never even herd of this site before,I usually stick to the ones that are familiar .

I have never heard of this site before. But when I seen this. I had to go look it up. I see alot of negative comments about this company.

This is why I tell people before ordering anything online to make sure and see how many complaints are said about the company or website.

You were given great advise from other members. I hope you are able to get your money back.

this too happened to me, go to www.ripoffreport.com
and type in Classic Closeouts.
I had my bank investigate it and got my money back.
as for Classic Closeouts, they will not return any emails
or calls.
