Need Help With Tagging Photos

I might be a complete idiot, but somehow since the change over to photo albums I can't tag my photos.  I know I must be doing something wrong.  Used to when I would upload a photo it would have a line where you could tag your photo and also a line to put a description.  Both of these are missing now!  I guess I'm just a little slow with changes, becuase I can't figure it out.  If anyone can help, please let me know what I need to do!

Thanks everyone...the page nevers loads that allows me to tag a photo, unless that page comes after I post it to groups. I don't want to post my photos to groups without them being tagged! Maybe there is something wrong with my computer.....I had to upgrade my flash player and Active X whatever that is to even be able to upload a picture. It's crazy!!

Okay, I finally figured it out. I have to post it to an album to be able to tag it, but when I post to the album, I can't share it with a group. Not to be rude but this new system stinks!

I can't really even remember right now. I think everything is really different since the upgrade. I am an idiot when it comes to computers.

I had this problem yesterday. I just would upload one photo the on the next page it would allow me to tag and add a discription.

I've never had any trouble, it may be your Operating system, I use XP Home, and my hubby has Windows Millennium and his web pages look way different than mine.
