I filled up for 1.97 today

I had to go to another town today for an errand.  I only paid $1.97/gallon.
I even took pictures!  I could not believe it.

I just watched the news...Somewhere in Georgia gas was 1.71 a gal. Here in Ringgold it is 2.29

WOW! I don't know where you live but I'm surprised there are not lines to get into that gas station to take advantage of the prices.

Gas around here (southern Indiana) is hovering around $2.12 a gallon. Haven't seen any forays below the $2 mark yet, but a few weeks ago when I was about 100 miles north in Whiteland, they had gas for $2.67 when it was still $3 around here. So maybe it's coming...

i got gas for 2.10 and filled it undr 30.00 this is a first for me,, then I washed it for 8.00 yet it was due time.. still it is nice I am just afradi to get used to it,, somethign bad will come of this I foresee....

Wow! Send the cheap prices my way, would ya? LOL I don't understand this though - I live 45 minutes from Port Everglades, where our fuel comes from. So, it doesn' t have to be trucked very far. yet places in the midwest, whose gas has to travel further, get cheaper fuel. hmmmm... something seems really wrong with this picture! My best price I've seen so far is $2.49 (and I paid $2.56 yesterday so I didn't need gas today).
