Feelings of Fall 2007 Photo Challenge Winners

The long awaited announcement of the Best of Show photographs from the Mountain Life group’s Feelings of Fall 2007 Photo Challenge is finally here.

The original judging format called for one photo to be selected as Best of Show for the challenge and two runner-up images. As the precedence of challenges, promos, and contests set forth on Gather has always included changing-horses-in-the-middle-of-the-stream, I have made the unilateral decision to change the judging and awards format for this photo challenge!

… please don’t panic …

I know that many of you have waited a long time for the conclusion of this photo challenge, but I think you will like the end result. Instead of selecting just the one Best of Show and two runners-up, I have taken liberties and have chosen FIVE Mountain Life members’ photographs to share the title of Best of Show. Each of the five members whose Feelings of Fall 2007 photograph was selected to the Best of Show group will now receive a 2 gigabyte Secure Digital memory card to capture more fantastic photos with their digital camera.
