No matter where I will be; I will most likely cook side dishes or desserts, unless we do it at home, then I'll have no choice but to cook a turkey or ham or possibly both..
If I go to my mother's house, I will most likely prepare a pie, apple bread, a veggie dish, cup cakes, cookies and some desserts and other dishes that I'm undecided on as of yet.
What are you cooking for Thanksgiving? Have you decided? :)

Mmmmm.
now.........
I will probably just have a lot to freeze......
cherry cheesecake, pecan pie, five cup fruit salad, rolls
I do have to make a promised butterball this weekend as my son loves my turkey and homemade stuffing, so I guess that means I am cooking, only four weeks early.
We always have wayyyyy too much food! Mom's making her famous stuffing and of course turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, baked yams, candied yams, deviled eggs, fresh cooked cranberries and also the gel kind, especially for the kids, fruit salad, fresh homemade dinner rolls, pickles, olives, etc. The turkey is 24 lbs so everybody gets tons of leftovers.
The best part is getting together and cooking with everybody that day while the kids watch the Macy's parade.
