Today it has been reported on the News that Obama has removed the AVS safety qualifications from his Campaign Fund account. He didn't remove it TODAY, per se, but it was removed a short time after he refused the Government Funding that McCain is using. That means that the 30-minute broadcast hitting the airwaves tonight, is actually supported by illegal funding. The report claims that two-thirds, 2/3's, of all those Million dollar contributions have been received from unidentified sources.
Campaign Funding by any candidate is open to public scrutiny. However, two-thirds of Obama's contributors cannot be identified. The AVS stands for the address and expiration date on the credit card. With the option not available, the credit card cannot be tracked. The majority, if not all, of those unidentified cards are made by "pre-paid credit cards". This means the fund is open to contributions from all over the world.
WOW! Never before in History has the United States had a candidate with such unsavory companions, socialist ideas, and illegal affairs. Obama never answers ANY quesion, rather, he hems and haws, uh..uh..uh..what I meant to say is...that is beyond my pay grade.
His campaign has refused to answer the NY Times article concerning the tape that was made at a meeting that shows Obama making a "Glowing Tribute" to Kahlili the Palestinian Representative for the USA. Kahlili is also know for his Anti-Israeli statements.
I guess, since it seems he has really brain washed the majority, I will sit back and wait for my "share of the wealth". After all, it is the political duty of anyone making $42,000, or more a year. I believe I have also heard, "patriotic and neighborly thing to do"...share the wealth. That's YOUR wealth, Joe the Plumber, Tito the Builder and Thelma the waitress. Come on now...you know it is the right thing to do!

According to law, no one from outside the US can contribute to a candidate unless they are a US citizen. None of this does surprise me.

What the law actually says is that only US citizens and permanent residents can donate to a political candidate. It says nothing on where those people have to be located at the time of making a donation.
There is no way for AVS to verify any of this. It's up to the individual donor to not break the law.

"No"? What does that "no" refer to? It's "not" up to the donor not to break the law? Is it okay for the donor to break the law? The act quite expressly says otherwise. ("Persons who knowingly and willfully engage in these activities may be subject to fines and/or imprisonment. ")
What you probably mean is that it's also up to the candidate to return questionable donations. Yes, it is. But as usual, the law defines "knowingly" in such a way that it would not become an unreasonable burden on the candidate to observe it.
How do you know such questionable donations are not being returned? And what's the source on "Aymon Dethrow"? (You can't give more than $2,300 for any one election, by the way.)
Until something can actually be proven and pointed to as a knowingly illegal act on the part of Obama or his campaign, this is nothing but scandalous blather.
I'm sure that drilling down into the donation data of both candidates would produce some scandalous sounding donations on both sides.

Oh and can you tell me how Obama managed to get the laws on Credit Cards changed when he has nothing at all to do with regulating the credit card industry? Because with the exception of those "pre-paid" cards there is a record of the transcation. It is kept by the credit card companies. Doesn't yours send you a statement every month? THe "pre-paid" cards can be used for any reason whatsoever without a record of them. Something tells me though that most people that use those pre-paid cards for anything are definitely not using them to contribute to Political campaigns!

You are right about one thing though; we were doing very well during the Clinton days. Than as you said the terrorists hit us hard. Pay no attention to the fact that GWB was warned over and over again right before 9/11 that Bin Laden intended to hit and ht hard on American soil but yet did absolutely nothing!! Oh wait I am sorry he did do something. He made sure that the Bin Laden Family who are known as "Great friends of the Bush Family and the Republican Party" got flown out of the country on a day when no other planes except military were allowed to fly. Not only that he used some of those military planes to escort them out safely. What was he afraid that the American people would shoot down the family of the man that just killed 3000 Americans?
