The Kitty Caucus

A radio station in Ohio has teamed up with the local humane society to give the stray cats a vote in this election. Litter boxes are marked "McCain" and "O'Bama." Don't worry, you don't actually have to watch the cats voting.

Gee, if I lived in Ohio, I think I'd adopt the yellow one. Perhaps it's time for Sascha to have a buddy. Maybe I'll visit my own humane society and bring home an extra!

Our town's semi-pro ice hockey team is doing a voting poll by bobble head. Whichever bobble head doll (Obama or McCain) gets chosen the most by people going to the game will be declared the official Ice Hogs winner. Yes, what a great name for the team, huh?
