I'm just amazed at the gall Obama has by putting a half hour ad on networks. Why on God's green earth would I waste 30 minutes of my life watching some pompous jerk promote himself? I think he just may be overdoing it and it may cost him the election. I sure hope so!
He's not running for election to work. He's running to be school mascot as far as I can see. This sounds like a stunt by the Hollywood bigwigs when they are promoting their films for Oscar night. It reduces the importance and dignity of the Presidency to a school prom night. It's absurd.

In fact I'll make sure that I don't watch it and have a movie in then, in fact most of the stations that I watch Obama or McCain or any other political big wig would think of buying ads on.
I think its low down and cheap, but he's got 600 million to spend, thats more money than you or I will see in a lifetime combined.

I guess you have a beef with political commercials as well.
The supporters and undecideds can watch it and the ones who are enraged by the idea of it can change the channel.
The way I see it, O wants to talk uninterrupted without challenge. I see this huge amount of money as a waste. He is leading in all the polls and does not need to do this. So, why is it he does not put his money where his mouth is and 'spread the wealth'? I see it as all self-serving and selfish. He expects us to 'share our wealth' but he will not go first! I see it as hypocritical and unnecessary. I am sure someone is going to bash me over this but ... I just wonder why.
It is certainly a time for a change, and most Americans have figured that out.
