5 Tbls butter
1/3 C powdered sugar
1 c Walnuts
1/2 C sugar
1 C flour
1 egg
1 8oz cream cheese
2 tbls milk
1 Tbls lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
Cream butter, powdered sugar, then add flour and nuts. Mix. Save 1 cup for top and press remainder into pan. Bake at 350 for 12 -15 mins.
Blend sugar and cream cheese till smooth. Add egg, milk, lemon and vanilla.
Spread mixture over crust sprinkle with the reserved topping and return to the oven for 25 mins. Cool then chill in refridgerator. Cut them into squares or cut the squares on a diagional if you want them a little smaller.
