My avatar is a photo I took myself when in Gettysburg, back in 1999, I took it wth an Agfa camera, so its about the lowest resolution you can get on a photo, but it was months before I sat down and looked at the photo and saw a cross in the clouds, I just really liked the way the sun was coming through the clouds, as it was a very cloudy and overcast day,

Its become a 'signature' photo for me and I've used it for many sights for people to recognize who I am,

So does your avatar have a story or special meaning behind it?

My avatar was taken at my brothers place last Christmas. I was just standing at the edge of his pasture and the sky, trees, and horses just looked like a perfect photo. You see, I used to own horses and cattle, and because of moves and illness, I have not been able to have them for the past 8 years, so I go borrow my brothers when I get a chance. I still ride, but not too much because I can't handle the days of pain afterward. I won't totally give it up until I cannot get in the saddle on my own.
