If You Lost Your Job?

Have you ever come across something that you think "I must tell folks about that?" Well I did over the weekend but I wanted to talk to a few people both offline and online before I told my readers about it - just to make sure that I wasn't losing the plot!

I know that more and more people I talk to are saying that they are worried about the way the world economy is going and they are concerned about job security. 

But what concerned me most, as someone who works in Learning & Development is that so few of those I talk to have any real idea about their skills and how they can sell those to potential employers if the worst happens.

So, because I wanted to try and help I started to look at some of the online career assessment or skills assessment options that are available.  For a little while I had been meaning to try out one that I had seen a few weeks ago which offered an assessment without any charge. 

Well I took the plunge and tried it outover the weekend!  I have to tell you I was completely spooked by it! 

It was so accurate or so I thought! That's why I wanted to get some feedback from people that know me and all of them told me it was so accurate!

So because I know that many people are concerned about the future I thought I would let you know about it so that you can try it out yourself - it takes 10 minutes!
