Isn't it obvious that Joe is stupid and lazy and is trying to milk this pathetic thing even though his personal taxes will go down. This guy is the problem with America, he is a loser and can only make it by letting himself be used by the Republicans. Don't worry though, in 4-8 years he will come out with an expose book telling how the Republicans promised him help to build his own business. This is not a guy who is going to build a business on his own.
