Hearty Vegetable Soups

The weather is finally getting cold here, which for me means it's time to start eating soup!

I found this link to a great list of veggie soups - I'll definitely have to give some of them a try. What is your favorite soup?

I love lentil chili, and any kind of pumpkin soup! And of course, it's nice that soup is usually a fairly inexpensive meal!

I love vegetable beef soup and chili. New England clam chowder and Cream of potato. I think I just like soup in general.

I love almost any kind of soup...especially if they're cheap to make!! They last forever too, lots of leftovers.
