Anyone have a good, easy pork roast recipe? I found a few online, but I was hoping for a TNT (tried n true) recipe. We have a huge chunk of pork that we want to make a roast of some sort from, or some sort of crock pot meal, anyway.
Let me know!

Brown the roast, put it in the crock pot and add a little water with a package of dry onion soup mix, and some (or all depending on size) cream of mushroom soup. A couple of fresh mushrooms and onions thrown in, and you are good to go. You can add to it with other spices, or leave it as is. Whichever time allows, or you prefer...
Thanks everyone!
Course, they pick em out though. : )

If I crock pot it I use a pack of dry italian season, a can of pepperoncini peppers and part of the juice, and hubby likes to dump a bottle of beer in, but you can just use some water. Not a lot just a couple cups of it. Then just set to high and leave alone for several hours.
If the pot is big enough(I usually brown it in a stock pot, then just leave it in there), just leave the roast in the pot and lower the flame. Add enough liquid to cover the roast and put lid on. I add stock, water, cream of mushroom soup, again whatever sounds good.
If you are doing it in the crock pot, transfer the roast to the crock pot and add liquid to crock pot. I also put the pan back on the stove and add a little bit of water and scrape the bits of the bottom of the pan and add to the crock pot for flavor.
Then just let it sit there on low until it's falling apart.
Did the family like it?
