Guess who is running against Bush.

Senator McCain told Obama that he should have run 4 years if he wanted Bush as an opponent. Maybe McCain should have challenged his own's party sitting President.

After initially opposing Bush in the first years of his presidency, McCain realized that his future with the party would be over if he did not play ball with the President. He rolled, played sidekick from 2003 to 2007, and was rewarded for being a good soldier. The only problem is, Bush turned out to be a major failure, in particular from 2005 on.

Yikes. Bad timing McCain. Bad deal but a deal nonetheless. How do you deal with it?

Now John McCain and his running mate, Sarah Palin, are running hard against President George W. Bush this week. The only problem is, they don't believe it themselves. One minute they are against Bush's philosphy, the next one, they remind us they share the same core believes.

As Biden suggests, a Halloween costume would not fool anyone when it comes to McCain's policies. Sure Biden and Obama won't use the lipstick saying but it is very appropriate here.
