Scarecrows In The Gardens (Photo Essay)

Our area Botanical Gardens put on a contest for residents, businesses, and schools to create "scarecrows" and have displayed in the Gardens. There were six different categories ~ Scariest, Most Original, Movie or Song, Famous Character, Funniest Character, and School. I can not imagine how much time and effort went into creating each of these scarecrows. There were several entries and the placement of each throughout the Garden was really something to behold:
