The Biggest Loser: Week 6
Week 6 started off with Amy realizing that her mom Shellay had been voted off; she felt as if a part of her had left. Her mom was the one that pushed for them to be on the show, she felt that she couldn't face the black team since they had voted her mom off.

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Jillian decided to check up on the team to see how they were holding up since having to vote off another black team member. They seemed to be ok, of course voting off one of your own is never easy and Jillian had to point out that if the black team won the weight in more then likely Amy on the Blue team, Phil's wife, would be sent home. He said he was aware of the risks but right now she's blue and he's black and that's how it has to be.

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
The trainers decided that their teams needed some different training this week and took their teams to some very different locations, Jillian took her team hiking to the end result was a boot camp type workout, climbing up tall poles and a wall and also jumping off and trusting in the team and the equipment.

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
For those with a fear of heights they were going to conquer it and for those with trust issues they were going to face that fear as well. They were told to climb a fairly tall pole and stand on a platform and then jump from that platform into the air and trust that the harness would hold them, they climbed a wall and found that they can do this they are strong enough. Even colleen who had a deathly fear of heights found that she could do it!

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Meanwhile bob took his blue team to a gym of a different sort, more like a circus you might say lol they were working out on trapeze equipment which Amy loved and also taught self defense which Heba took too easily but Amy being the southern bell wasn't really all that comfortable with.

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
When the teams were done with their unconventional workouts they were taking to visit Dr.Huizenga to see how much they have changed since he first met with them. They were introduced to a machine called the "bod pod." which a contestant climbs into and it measures the body fat.

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
He was really impressed with the changes all of the contestants had made and congratulated them all on changing their "Heart Age" to come closer to their real age.
Â
Then it was challenge time, and the teams were eager to hear what it would be until they realized it was water and balance, two things colleen isn't really fond of doing lol. She felt that she was very unbalanced and didn't stand a chance at the challenge. Ali explained the challenge to the teams, they would have to traverse around the ring and each time a member went through the arch it would count as a point for the team the first team to 25 wins but once a team member falls off they cant get back on until all the other members of both teams have fallen off. The winning team gets to see a video from home.
As things started out Colleen started to make a go at it but eventually fell in and so did ALL of the blue team, Vicky didn't even really try!

Â
Â
Â
Â
So there they stand the whole blue team just watching as Phil, Michelle and Renee go around and around racking up the points, the thought it might be fun to heckle the black members left in the challenge which only pissed off Colleen and myself really it was so uncalled for.

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Then Michelle slips and falls in and then Phil falls leaving Renee to finish it up for the black team. Â You have to wonder if she can finish going around 9 times to win the game for the black team; she just set her mind to one step at a time and her mantra was slow and steady wins the race and she did it for her black team totally shutting out the blue team 25-0!

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
The next day the teams have to tell their trainers what the challenge was and what happened and needless to say Bob wasn't really happy about his teams' lack of team spirit. And he explained to them you should strive to win the challenge weather is something you want or not!

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
The black team got to see their video's they were shown to the gym where they thought they would see a video from home only to realize it's a LIVE video feed of their loved ones from home. Colleen got to see her dad, sisters and her boyfriend and was so shocked to see that it was a live video. Her dad and her boyfriend both were amazed at how good she looked.

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Last Chance Work-Out!!!

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Bob decided that he wanted to really smell the fat burning in the gym this time and put his people through the paces had had Brady leg press 670 lbs! Very impressive, and he even got Amy to leg press four hundred something pounds.

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Jillian had the same plans on a somewhat sicker scale she wanted to see who she could make puke for their last chance work-out! While the girls were working out on the elliptical she had Phil running on the tread,

Â
Â
Â
And when he said "I Can't" she told him get on the tread or puke get on with it, so Phil went out to puke lol Jillian isn't happy until someone pukes! That is her way of gauging how well the workout is going!
Â
After the Last Chance torment the contestants were hanging out waiting for the weigh-in when Brady and Vicky decided to confront Heba with something he (Brady) was "Told" supposedly Phil came to Brady seeking alliance with them so that Amy wouldn't be sent home if the blue team falls below the line. He supposedly tried to convince Brady that Heba should go home. Heba didn't even blink she immediately got pissed off and believed what her supposed friends told her.

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
At the weigh-in the Black team weighed first and they were pulling some really great numbers! Colleen pulled an 8 while Phil, Renee and Michelle each pulled 7. Jillian was amazed!

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Then it was up to the blue team they had to lose more then 36 lbs in order to win the weigh in and avoid elimination. Even Bob was a little nervous about that number.

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
As the weigh in progressed Amy went up and sure enough she only lost 2 lbs, which is a good thing but in this game it isn't enough to keep you out of trouble. Bob told her it had nothing to do with her performance she did great all week and should be proud of herself.
It didn't ease her fears and her husband came over to console her.

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
As the blue team members weight in it was left to Brady to pull a 16 lb weight loss to keep them above the line and out of the elimination room but to everyone's surprise (except Brady and Vicky) he only pulled a 3!
Bob, along with most of the Blue team, were completely shocked to find Brady had lost only three pounds.

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
As the blue team realized they were voting someone off they gathered around to discuss who should go and why and naturally Heba had to toss in how Phil hates her and wants her gone and is trying to undermine her by going to her friends (Brady and Vicky) to get her out.

Â
Â
Â
Â
Â
Amy tried to plead her case that she has no idea what Heba is talking about and that she isn't Phil she shouldn't be judged by his actions. But in the end they decided that Amy would be the one going home and sent her packing!

Â
Â
Â
I for one am sorry to see Amy go, but I think she has done great at home and I can't wait to see her at the end!
Â
Does anyone else think that Brady and Vicky are playing the water retention game?
Â
I think that they are playing something there is no reason for Brady to lose only 3 pounds! And after they said next week someone losses more weight alone then a whole team i know something is up, And I personally can't stand that Vicky is more concerned for the money then the healthy aspect of this game. I know it's a game but she admitted she is more about the money!
Â
Â
Thanks for reading along and i can't wait to hear what everyone thinks about Brady's loss.

I bet those two are playing the water retention game. They want the money. Greed can make people play those sorts of games.
Paying it forward!
