Sunday, October 19 was the 2nd day of the Gathering in New England with Chris E, Christopher E, their son Hunter, Kim M, Trevor M and me.
We left the hotel Sunday morning a little after 8:30 heading north to Portland, Maine for the start of our lighthouse tour.

Our first stop was Spring Point Ledge Light in South Portland. Kim, Trevor and Chris walking along the breakerwall coming back from the lighthouse. I opted to stay behind (ok, I wimped out, it was too cold for me to walk along the water).

Our second stop was Portland Head Light.

After leaving Portland we drove south to Wells, Me for lunch at Mainiax Family Restaurant. After lunch we drove to Wells Beach so Chris could get some sand for her collection. It was high tide and getting sand was not an option.

Back into the cars, we headed south to Nubble Lighthouse in York Beach, ME.

Our last lighthouse of the day was in Portsmouth, NH. Before arriving in Portsmouth, we stopped at the Kittery Trading Post in Kittery, ME for some souvenirs.

From here, we said our goodbyes and parted ways. We had a good time over the weekend.
Hope you enjoyed my pictures from our weekend. I'm sure Chris and Kim will be posting theirs soon (no pressure, girls).

Glad you enjoyed your New England visit. I find it a wonderful place to live. :)
I have only seen two in Texas, They just didnt compare. One was just on a pier to watch the ferries go back and forth from Galveston Island to the mainland.
Here's the answers for the top 7 things you put on a hamburger:
1. beef
2. ketchup
3. onion
4. mustard
5. pickles
6. lettuce
7. grease
I think you said cheese and left off grease. I was surprised cheese didn't make the list. Oh well, have a good night!
