Hello friends, I am glad to be actively back on Gather. I have taken some time away, as I have not published or shared anything for at least a month or more. But I want to get on Gather and express my feelings about a few things. I am going to be fair and balanced. First, I want to wish the best to both McCain Palin, and Obama Biden. No matter which candidate is elected, you are going to inherit a mess. Second, I want to recognize my Gather friends for the continued invites to new groups, the pings, birthday wishes, and continued friendship. I love Gather. I think that Gather is the best social network currently on the World Wide Web. Lastly, I want advice. I am a senior in high school. I am applying to colleges, I just had a break-up, and I am fixing to begin a life that is going to challenge and test me. I am one of the youngest members of Gather, and I believe that I have always learned from the wisdom and experience of those who have started their lives and have lived a little longer than I have. I say that as pure kindness, not as an insult to people that are older than me. I have seen the wisdom of Gatherers and I love the ideas you all have. Thus I would love to hear some of the ways you have lived a fulfilling and successful life so I can follow in your footsteps.
Again, I thank all of you, my wonderful Gather friends, and I wish you all the best!!

To be happy in life, do what you love and then it isn't work. So, when you start college think about what you REALLY like to do. Then, take the courses that will get you there. Remember your family and friends. Laugh! Take care of your health. Enjoy life!
I have always loved art. I am a successful artist now. I have had many jobs on the way, but no happiness in doing something that you do not love.
Good luck and God bless you.
Good luck to you!
Pay it forward group~
