Why does everything blow to pieces when my husband goes out of town? The light bulbs burn out, the computer goes on the frtiz, and even the plumbing goes pow! The faucet came apart and started to shoot water. I quickly learned to turn off the water, but have to call a plumber.
Of course, my son and son-in-law can come and help, but I live with a man who can fix anything but suddenly have to call in the troops.
Just whining.

LOL
my neighbor is a plumber
1) When you go to the doctor, the symptoms often recede until you leave the office
2) Mechanical and technical devices know who can force them to function (as a computer/networking/systems "doctor", things often start working after an appointment is made but before I show up). They take advantage of the opportunity to "play" (as in: "when the cat's away, the mice will ...").
How's that for cynical?
