Okay, so who has been a victim of the fast food drive thru? We all have been there from time to time because realistically, it is easy to just drive through and grab a bite to eat when you are in a really big hurry.
The truth is just one time can instantly become a habit and cause for improper food choices and overall diet. McDonald's, Taco Bell, etc., these all have delicious foods but think about it, they are all full of fat and calories which can really add to your figure and be dangerous for your heart.
