Here's a very simple, inexpensive way to feed your guests at your next holiday party. These short-cut pizza snacks look pretty on the table, can be made ahead and won't last long once your guests get hold of them!
Lazy Cook's Pizza Appetizers
Purchase store brand thin-crust cheese pizzas*. Usual cost is $1.00 each, but they will be even cheaper when on sale. Dress up the plain cheese pizzas with sliced black olives, peppers, diced onions, and mushrooms pieces. Sprinkle with a bit of oregano.
Slice pizzas into narrow wedges, about 1" at the outside edge. Remember, these are finger foods, not an entrée. Your cheap little pizzas become gourmet appetizers!
Make these up ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to serve. Heat, slice and serve!
*May also use pita bread rounds, spread with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese.

topped them with what ever sauce I had available. Used the sliced
pepperoni and grated lots of cheese too. A big hit for the kids and
of course their friends knew about pizza night and were there !! We
always had plenty of milk to drink because I didn't buy soda !!
