What Are You Cooking Today?

  I am making a great big pot of Chilli! It is chilly here , so I thought this would be a perfect day for it. I am cooking 3 pounds of hamburger and my onions are rotten, so my husband has to run to store. It is going to be a great day to Gather, the grandkids are watching cartoons, and they picked up their toys! I will not have to cook for a few days.

Probably fry pork chops up real quick and anything in the fridge that can be salavage.

I haven't a clue. But I guess I should get busy and decide. Chili does sound good and I did thaw out some ground beef. I think I have everything I need.

We always go out to eat on Saturday but that chili sounds good. I love stews and soups when the weather gets colder.

I made a pasta dish. Kind of like the new Pizza hut dish. But alot cheaper!! lol

Chinese Takeout tonight! Yay! No cooking. The chili sounds good, so does the weather. It was close to 90 today in south Floirda. UGH. Can't wait for cooler weather.

Woo Hoo....only about 150 days til warmer Spring! Small roast in the pressure cooker, quick. Some for dinner with taters & gravy, some sliced up and make Italian Beef sandwiches, the rest went into a pot of beef stew. Not quite enough or there would have been some beef vegetable soup too. The last pot of Chili was with a bunch of tomatoes from the garden.

I made tomato soup with fresh pasta cooked in an onion, garlic and french herb seasoning. There was nothing left over! :-)
