Ingredients:
- 3 lbs pork spare ribs
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups maple syrup
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Simmer spare ribs in salted water for 30 mins. Drain. Place in 9 x 13 baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over ribs.
Bake at 375 for 60 mins., basting frequently until done. The sauce will be thick and the ribs glazed.
