Why did it take Palin six years to finish her...

While I've seen in the media that it took Sarah Palin six years in five separate institutions to finish her bachelor's degree, I haven't seen an article detailing why it took her so long.

Has anyone seen an article that explains whether it was a financial problem or academic or social or emotional? I think understanding what happened in her educational history would be very helpful to understand her.

I have not seen any coverage of why it took six years and five colleges to get her bachelor's degree.

Don't see why this is an issue. It took me 10 years (intermittantly) in three institutions to complete my degree. I was on the pay as you go plan and finished with less than $2500 in debt. Both of my younger sisters graduated before I did. They are both still paying off school loans.
