I was on another post discussing Saturday Night Live and the endless debate about whether or not its hilarious or totally unfunny. One set of sketches in particular, I think, straddles that very thin line between genius and complete, unfunny absurdity.

I think you sum it up well when you say "unfunny absurdity." Funny or not, I'll pretty much watch anything Andy Samberg is in.

SNL has definitely been improved by bringing andy and his cohorts on board and using their film skills. I think they all went to school together in LA and made some awesome films under the Lonely Island name... I think that was it. They have an amazing 30 minute pilot about some absurd teen drama, starring Andy. Go find it Jeff

I heard that John McCain will make Laser Cats illegal if he becomes president. All the more reason to go with Obama.
