Here's a 10 for you, come visit us at Up All Nite Café.
2 - I want the people who are attacking him over issues like his middle name, a perosn who introduces him at a meeting long ago, the smears over a religion that is not his (which really is racist pure and simple racist) to see theirselves LOOSE and LOOSE BIG. I want them to see their lies, twist and exagerate, racist points of views to absolutely fail.
3- Sarah Palin scares me A LOT. She comes across as a stepford barbie gladiator who cant balance the three.
4 I dont want John McCain in there. I used to really admire him, before he changed AKA flip flopped on so many important issues that concern me. I don't want any of them in the Oval Office, even if she can "see Russia".
5. In 1980 Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell and others approached the Reagan campaign and said "we have enough votes to deliver the election to you" and they havent stopped. They were most in power over the last eight years. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. But it crosses the line to often. In 04 a Catholic church told its members that if they voted for Kerry they needed to confess because it was a sin. One of the churches refused to give communion to him based on his political views. I want them to concentrate on their church and members not politics.
6 - 29% - that poll tells me that roughly 29% of the citizens think what is happening to the country is perferctly ok. I want the 71% to step up and tell the 29%ers that no it isn't ok, it is destructive in so many ways , and that the other 71% matter and care about and love this country and want it to be great once again. I know I will get flack for that but I stand by it.
7 I need him to win. I am ill with multiple problems. My vision, my mucsles and joints, my digestive system.....I need him to win. It wont change my health. But when my body is weak, my spirit is strong and it can't take 4 more years.
Maybe they are all full of hot air. Easy to say, and often said by non-voters or those who go with the incumbent. But even so I will choose the one whoe hot air statements are closest in line with my wishes for this country...which are ones filled with greatness.
