More than $31 million has been in Minnesota to date on political ad spending on television. You can explore who is spending the money and where in Minnesota Publlic Radio's TV ad spending database.
Many Minnesotans have suggested that the ad spending has gotten out of control, and they cite the fact that Minnesota's Senate race is the most expensive campaign in the country.

I don't care how much money is given to whom for campaign contributions either. I just want to know who's giving who the money and how much. I want basic data such location, president of organization, and who's on their board of directors. I want a website that is a clearing house for these contributions that must list that data before a candidate can cash the check.
