Windy Acres Farms, Long Island NY Pumpkin picking

Today I went with the children from the preschool. We had our pumpkin picking field trip. Tried not to get the childrens face's in these pictures,  but the farm had some neat decorations for the fall. The weather was beautiful in the 70's with plenty of sunshine.

This is a great farm trip for little children. They had a lot of fun. Afterwards the owner brought out home made sugar cookies and apple cider for the children to enjoy.Sorry I didn't get pics of that, I was too busy handing out the cider and eating the cookies, lol.

How cool! I miss doing stuff like that with my kids! I try to get hubby to go, but he's always too busy. The dogs would go, but it's not the same with them.....lol. That's why you enjoy working with the kids - you get to do neat stuff like this. Maybe I should work in a preschool too!

i love this kind of stuff we have a farm here that has a corn maze. You have to be careful of the children of the corn. lol
