Then check out Restaurant.com because they have gift certificates for 80% off! All you need to do is enter the code EIGHTY at checkout. A $25 certificates which normally sells for $10 are only $2.00 and the $10 certificates which normally sell for $3 are only .60 cents! Nice deal -- in Oregon there are 117 participating restaurants... check out your state to see if there are any restaurants in your area. This is a great way to be able to eat out even on a small budget and gift certificates always make nice gifts. Hope this helps someone out! ~ Faith

Thank you
Thanks for the code. That's a great deal!
didn't see anything about the code you show,so assume you are sharing something you were sent?.....
now Seattle has many participating restaurants which is an incentive for me to buy as gifts for my son and others
btw, hope you rec'd long email about photo subject i sent Sunday.....let me know how it works out for you....
cheers,gayle
G-Photog makes a good point that the cards also require an additional purchase to get the deal. For example there's a $10 gift card for 60 cents, after discount, but you must purchase a minimum of $25 and pay 18 percent for the gratuity. That means a $25 meal at the minimum, so -- at that minimum -- you'll be paying 60 cents for the $10 off, plus $15 for the $25 meal, plus 18 percent of $25 at nearly $5... for a total of $20.60. You'll be getting a $25 meal, plus however much you would have decided to tip, for $20.60.
My verdict: If you plan to go somewhere anyhow, and if indeed this site is legitimate as those here say (and why would it not be, considering the restaurants are getting forced minimum orders), then go ahead and spring for these cards because most will save you at least 25 percent with tip. [The cards I checked out did offer as much as 50 percent off, but remember that it requires double the purchase and thus double the tip.]
But remember, this is not a free meal. So if you're not planning to head out, and are pinching your pennies, then these cards will really only end up costing you or your loved ones money.
Fair warning.... Now, sold to the woman with the spy glass.... ; )
These are a great hostess gift. Whenever I'm going to visit a friend out of town, I'll check around the city I'm visiting for places that my friends have mentioned that they like and get a gift certificate for 80% off so we can visit when I'm there.
I do tell them where I got the certificates in case they don't know about restaurant.com, but then they're hooked. :)
Then again, I kept debating to get the gift card from Coke Rewards and if its worth it in the long run to use the site; Restaurant.com. Hmmmm...who knows? I might try it out.
I got one of these from my Uncle once for a restaurant in Eugene where he lives. I think he was hoping that we'd come down to visit him and then we could all go out to dinner with it, but then I never ended up using it! I felt so bad, but at least I knew he got a good deal on it. Ha. I ended up giving it to some friends who actually live in that city, they used it and ended up saving quite a bit with it.
I have used this one time before though and that was for a Mexican restaurant here in town. The food was really good and we didn't mind that we had to charge up a certain amount since there was 4 of us to feed. I'd love to go back to that restaurant again but that is the only one in our city that is out of stock! All the other ones are for smaller cafe style places that I've never been to before.
