4 short months after my dad passed away my step mom is passing away herself. They are giving her 2 weeks to live and moved her to a hospice hospital. She was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer about 4 years ago. My dad was diagnosed with colon cancer 2 years ago. My dad lost his battle with cancer on June 2nd. My step mom didn't even seem like she was sick till right after my dad passed. I think she stayed healthy to be there for my dad, which I greatly thank her for. She moved to southern Cal. to be with her daughters about a week after my dads passing.
My 2 step sisters live there and my sister and step brother have gone down to be with her. I hope she doesn't feel too much pain and is able to go peacefully. Please keep her in your prayers. Thanks

How can words ever take away pain? We stumble and try to find words to comfort each other in times of crisis so know we're here to help extend our thoughts and prayers.
Your family might consider bereavement counseling as grieving two loving parents within months of each other might be very overwhelming.
Just remember love is eternal so your parents love will live in you each and every day of your life.
