In an attempt to simplify the process of questions and answers I have set up this thread. That way we don't need to ferret through a dozen Wombat threads to find the answer to a question asked 5 days ago.

I will contemplate humoring you with a response.

Since I have now actually read the rules you needn't answer my question. Your rules are very well presented and understandable. Now if someone would like to send me a few ideas for a scarey story???

I will be out of contact for the next few days. We will be picking up rocks, taking lovely pictures and having fabulous adventures in the wilds of central Oregon. In there somewhere I will be having my staples taken out of my head. I am healing nicely and feeling great.

Vivian, not a question, but I'd like to suggest you (or tehe authors) put something about a work being an entry into the Phantasmagoria contest somewhere in the title, so we can spot them more easily, and folks not in on it don't suddenly think you've gone off your es or something!
